Many people ask me why do you have feminist with the Holy Ghost on your bio? What does that even mean? Today is international women’s day so let me use this opportunity to give a little pep talk lol. I am an ambassador for SDG 5 which is gender equality. Our mission statement is to achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. I know the word feminism has been bastardized worldwide. So many people have hidden under the umbrella of feminism to postulate wrong ideologies and carry out wrong theories/notions. I remember in high school we had a debate about the thin line between the feminist and misandrist (I remember concluding that a thin line doesn’t exist because they have two different meaning completely). A feminist is anyone that empowers women, a feminist is anyone that want to see equality of women at every level. A misandrist is a hater of men. If you are a feminist you can’t say you hate men or don’t need men. Feminist understand that we need everyone to achieve gender equality, we need each other, we need people of all races and genders to achieve this equality and progress. Did I add that anyone that supports equality and the empowerment of the woman is a feminist regardless of gender. With that being said, women today is the day to remind yourself about the wonderful qualities that God has bestowed you with. You are unstoppable! There’s nothing that you can’t do because you are a woman. My heart leaps every time I see a woman defying odds and breaking glass ceilings. Today is the day we pat our backs for a job well done and also tie our shoe laces to get ready for the victorious journey ahead. Pls support a woman today. Be kind to a woman today and make sure you uplift a woman today.
Ps: Feminist with the Holy Ghost simply means that I don’t support any theory that is not in accordance to the word of God.

Grace for yesterday is not sufficient for today!
Don’t use yesterday’s grace and roadmap for today’s journey. Weariness comes to remind us that for each new day and task there is strength provided for you. When you are distracted you lose focus on the source of strength which is the Almighty One(GOD). Most of us are distracted by weariness that we can’t see the strength that has been provided and so we let weariness dictate our next steps. Don’t lose sight of God in weariness, I remember when I decided to take a break because of weariness, I lost sight of my source of strength. You can’t take a break from your source of strength it’s like not breathing because you are too tired to. If you are so consumed by weariness right now that you can not pray or study the word. You just acknowledging that you are not self sufficient is all you need to see and draw the strength that is being provided to you from God. by @demisj_
