🍒 I experimented with @tempdrop for years so you don’t have to! This is what I found
📈You do NOT have to do both oral and Tempdrop at the same time. I did it as an experiment because I’m a fertility awareness trainer (certified with the NFPTA) and it’s my job to teach clients how to do this. I wanted to be 100% confident that if I’m recommending Tempdrop that it is accurate
🌡️ NOTE: Tempdrop temps sit lower oral temps on the comparison charts because they are a different temping method (obtained from mouth vs auxiliary artery). They don’t need to be the SAME exact temperatures. What matters is that they take the same PATTERN of ups and downs and show a temperature shift at the same time
