It’s currently a tough time for venues. We as DJs have to do a bit more than usual, if it’s a venue you love. Also, if it’s a type of DJing you are passionate about, you have to do a little extra. Invest in yourselves and the venue. Gotta work together.

Furthermore, let’s find more venues to collaborate with and create more parties. Someone like myself, @djvicg @thekayillah and @djbigreeks know who to call and when. We know you want to dj at established spots, but the city needs more creativity. Create your own R&B party, vinyl party, Juke party, disco party, or events like @yeahhoustonparties etc all over Houston (I won’t be mad).

I know Venue owners and GMs don’t know what’s going on frfr. Some mainstream operators literally just found out about the popularity of R&B parties when Vic G first brought down R&B ribs. 😂 These operators and GMs still only think about EDC and Coachella 🤡 lol and I still have to explain what a Japanese Listening Bar is💀
If our creativity becomes more pervasive we can start changing the way venues and GMs support us. You become bankable. You have proof of concept.
I’m not a pioneer of this, I’m just continuing what we did together with @thewaxaholics and wanting to do things I’m passionate about and do them all over my city (& I love 93 Til and hanging out with @losty_los 😂)

This instant classic just came in today from @discovery.temecula (One of the few places to carry it online).

I try not to buy too many modern “Pop” LPs anymore but I had to buy this one. IMO this is @badbunnypr best album…if it’s not, let me know which is his best album.
