Retaining Wall Construction Alert 🚨🚨🚨for my boy @kbholdings for a New Construction turned out phenomenal.

After Grading the lot and establishing property boundaries: we began excavation, footing preparation and compaction, stone footing base and installation of wall components and drainage system for proper storm water disbursement! Enjoy The Video from start to finish. This project in total took 5 Days to complete! by @demoking_81

Come with us as we do some Hydroseeding on this Beautiful July 4th Holiday weekend.

After a successful Demolition/Grading: Hydroseeding Completes this Project providing a 1 Step Process that provides Grass Groundcover -
- Add Water
- Add Seed, Fertilizer and Lime/ Nitrate
- HydroMulch Mix
- Slurry Mix to prevent erosion
- Slik Blue Color to add visual coloring

With a Good Forecast: grass can be expected in 2 - 3 Weeks. Cleaning and Greasing the machine after each use is critical so fertilizer acids will not damage and weaken the steel parts on our machine.

As we enter into the haul off phase: We begin to sort, separate, load and haul off the remaining Construction Debris from the Old A&P Building at 1600 W Trade Street.

We teamed up with @jcsuniversity on this one as they plan to develop this property in the near future. The potential of this projects magnitude is limitless as Charlotte's continuous growth dominates the impact of Center City and Uptown. Stay tuned for more projects together.

came thru and shot the visuals as we handled the Demolition. Thanks for working with me to get this done fast! by @demoking_81

To build the future, sometimes you have to make way for it. 🏗️💛

The old A&P grocery store and adjacent properties at Westplex have officially come down — and it’s just the beginning. 🔨

At JCSU, we are actively reimagining our physical space, enhancing our visibility in The Historic West End, and turning bold dreams into real plans. What you’re watching isn’t just demolition — it’s transformation. ✨

As we close out another remarkable academic year, we hold high the gold and blue and press forward boldly into our New Era of Excellence. 💛💙
