Naso men dey… and sometimes, silence speaks louder than words.
In this short piece, a father and son open up to the world about life under the same roof, the unspoken rules, the pressure, the expectations, and the emotional distance that grows when connection is missing.

"This was the only witchcraft I had used." @oyindamolaherself and I were playing around with some ideas, and I decided to post this abridged version of Othello to see what people think. There is nothing quite like the weight of Shakespeare’s words.

Setup vs Final Result

It's always interesting to see how much work goes into a few seconds of footage.
Beyond the lights and camera, there's the brilliant actor finding the right emotions, the framing, the costume choices, the movement, the patience behind every adjustment, and the countless little decisions that most people will never notice. We had up to 20 takes of this shot, and ended up using 1.
What ends up on screen is usually the result of creative minds working together to tell one story.
