4 months in to our move to NZ, and just loving it.

Yes I miss the mates and waves at The Wave in Bristol, but can't have it all as they say. Got some sessions at Maori Bay, Omaha, Muriwai, Tāwharanui.
Met John Kirwan at Auckland Surf Park open day whom is a great guy and passionate about the surf park, so roll on 2028 when it hopefully opens.

Found my replacement for the wave at Snowplanet and got the family into snowboarding.

Great weekend, fun sessions and good vibes.

Seriously a great set up at Lost Shore. My favourite was the B2 Barrel setting 🤙🤙🤙

Great to hang with the guys before my move to New Zealand.

We are back............
What a few days of madness it was for the wave, amazing work by staff and all those involved to have it re-opened so quickly.
Great session with some of the regulars last night on 7pm barrels!

After snapping my frk+ board @antonyelephant kindly sold me a 6ft Pyzel high line. With some dodgy pink graffiti on it 😆
He was right though when he said it would suit me and I would like it. Really enjoyed the board, very similar to my Ghost. Might have to respray it though, or just own it 🤙

Broke my FRK+ doing something so innocuous. Had a lot of fun on this board and it has taken a beating to be fair. Goodbye and thanks for the good times.🤙

Decided to try out a quad set up for the first time. Kindly supplied by @thewave staff so good in the board area (thank you Adam).
Rob Machado quads it took a couple of waves to get used to them, but really started to enjoy and will definitely surf them again.

7am Expert Barrels yesterday, felt a bit jaded in the morning but still loadsa fun in the sun with some of the local crew.
