LIFE BY DESIGN 9.13.26

I am so beyond grateful for my community and for those who show up for me endlessly. Last week I got to host and moderate a panel with four amazing women and fellow creatives. In partnership with @staplepigeon @staple21mercer . I also got the chance to make mood/vision boards with some of the coolest girls in the city. We talked, we connected, and we created.

My entire life has been built off the strength of vulnerability, creativity, and curiosity. I find power in conversation and connection, which was the throughline for the entire event. This year was super internal for me: I spent a lot of time shedding and immersing myself in the parts of my inner world I usually don’t let myself see. Whether it’s because of shame, insecurity, or fear, I still make sure I show up in my totality, and in doing so, I’ve found so much confidence in who I am as a woman. Moderating a panel filled with like-minded, intelligent women and speaking about how I have navigated womanhood so far at 25, while exploring my role as President of Yoba Development Foundation, has helped me prioritize what I find most impactful: community and connection. Life By Design is the newest addition to the Yoba Development Foundation world, centered around freedom of self and identity. How do you create/curate a life and environment that fuels you and stimulates you? How do you design your life? This is the first of many panels, events, workshops, and women-led initiatives we will be having at the Yoba Development Foundation. We look forward to being in community with you all again. Thank you to everyone who showed up; you’re so special. I love you all!!! Keep creating.
