My love for you will never dim. My emotions differ each day but I never stop missing you! I know I will never understand why you chose to leave and that’s a curse and a blessing. Seeing hawk and a dragonfly the last three days made me smile and gave me sense of peace. Today brings me back to “ that day”. I replay the scenario, or what I remember of that day in my head. I know exactly where I was standing when I heard mom’s words. :” Nicol shot herself.” 3 years later today, I am still in misbelief and I still ask myself:” How do you help someone who doesn’t ask or want your help? “ I am hoping one day you will send me the answer so I can help someone who is still here and struggling. Thanks to our Muirfield committee for putting together this fun event! Our first Muirfiled village pickleball tournament ! We met new neighbors, played some fun pickleball and won the whole thing! 😃 Fun fact! When we played the championship game and it was 8-4 us, “ lose yourself “ by Eminem came on , (which is currently Gavin’s favorite song and he knows all the lyrics), I knew we will win this! I thought to myself we have to now! lol I only hear that song like 5 times a day! 🫣 and I even got a little emotional when it came on! 🤣 #muirfield #tournament #champions #pickleball #neighbrhoodevents by @denisahiles
