Apparently the symptoms include:

💸 An uncontrollable urge to run the numbers 💸 Seeing a “For Sale” sign and immediately wondering what the payment looks like 💸 Turning complicated mortgage jargon into something that actually makes sense 💸 Taking “just one quick question” and somehow turning it into a full-blown mortgage TED Talk  💸 A complete inability to let someone decide they can’t buy before we’ve at least looked at the options

Side effects of working with me may include:
More clarity. Fewer surprises. A solid game plan. And possibly an unhealthy amount of excitement (lol!)

Oh, and some new keys… of course! 🔑

Fortunately, there is no known cure…
So let’s get a move on, shall we? 😉

Well, hello 56! 🥂🩷

I don’t have all the answers. But I have a lot of stories, a grateful heart, a pretty good sense of humor, and absolutely no plans to start acting my age. 😂

I’m grateful for my two kids, the friendships that feel like family, the opportunities I never saw coming, and every twist and turn that brought me right here.

Here’s to 56. More sunsets, more adventures, more laughter, and a whole lot more living. 🥂

“Can you explain that again, but like… in human?”
“Is there a step-by-step version of this?”

Or my personal favorite:
“Okay, dumb question…”

Spoiler alert: It’s usually not dumb!! 💯

I say this a lot to my clients:
The BEST questions are often the ones people are a little embarrassed to ask.

And honestly?
I’d much rather answer the “silly” question than have someone nod along,
leave confused, and Google it at 11:47 PM. 😬

Save yourself the spiral and ask the question.

Because curiosity is free.
Confusion is expensive!
