✨my newest results✨

JAN 2024 (left) vs JUNE 2025 (right)

(Left) under eating, no meal schedule, no focus & exercising

(Right) eating 120g protein per day, 3 meals, 2 snacks, 80% nutrition focused 20% exercise

Not perfect but so proud of how far I’ve come with consistency and making this a daily lifestyle while being gentle with myself. Stuck to a sustainable plan and not just dieting. I feel the happiest version of myself and I’m feeling stronger than ever mentally and physically.

I stopped making my busy life an excuse to pause my health here and there. The process is messy(still is) and is never perfect. I slowly rebuilt my relationship with my body, mind and foods.

Focused on eating mindfully - choosing the simple meals/snacks, carefully eating and taking my Herbalife products. Every day the journey is different and that’s what makes this process beautiful. The journey helps you become 1% better every day, it will never happen over night but it does take time, patience and believing in yourself ✨🦋 by @denisevalde_

“God’s plan is always the best, even when the process is hard. When God is silent, he is working for us. Trust the process. In all things God works for the good of those who love him.” Roman 8:28 ✨#christian #bible #hawaii #couple #fyp taken in Maui, Hawaii by @denisevalde_

1 Million Lifetime Achievement✨🥹

Incredibly humbled & grateful by this recognition — Herbalife sent us the surprise award in the mail back in May and this weekend we got recognized in person at our biggest event of the year! This represents the lives that have been impacted in the past 5 years of our Herbalife Career!

I Thank God foremost, our company that recognizes every achievement no matter how small or big, and all of you who love and feel good on our products — it means the world for us that you trust and believe in us and our small business! Serving you is our mission!

I want to remind you that anything is possible for you, follow your passion, your goals, your dreams and never give up! 🤍 taken in Lucas Oil Stadium by @denisevalde_
