At Denison Parking, growth starts with the right people leading the way.

As our company continues to grow, our leadership team is growing with it. We're proud to announce the following leadership promotions:

William Rasi, CPP: Regional Director, Operations – East
Brady Khalar, CPP: Regional Director, Operations – West
Konstantine Lymperopolous: General Manager, National Accounts – East
Guy Nason, CPP: General Manager, National Accounts – West

Each of these individuals has demonstrated Denison's values of Integrity, Quality, Transparent Communication, and Courage. Each has identified opportunities, generated revenue for Denison, created value for our clients, and shown a willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the day-to-day management of their operations.

Congratulations to each of them on a well-earned next step.

This moment also gives us a chance to recognize John Hedge, our Vice President, National Operations, who plans to retire in 2027 after 30 years with Denison. Successful transitions have always been central to how we grow, whether we're welcoming a new location into the Denison family or preparing our next generation of leaders. John has been essential to that work throughout his career, and he is bringing that same care and experience to this transition that he has brought to every transition before it.

Thank you, John, for three decades of leadership. And congratulations to Bill, Brady, Kos, and Guy as you step into your new roles.

Closing out this year's National Manager's Meeting. Seen here, the full group, an eventful week full of fun, laughter, and learning.

John Hedge, VP of National Operations, announced his retirement after three decades of service to Denison. As if it weren't already apparent how much he means to this company, his retirement speech at dinner drew a well-earned round of applause, along with heartfelt words of thanks and a special gift from Chairman of the Board C. Perry Griffith, Jr., and President C. Perry Griffith, III.

A successful transition is a major part of how we operate, setting the tone for success from day one. Mr. Hedge has been integral in guiding that process, and as he transitions out, the experienced management team stepping into his role has been part of a thoughtful succession plan all along.

Fittingly, it was John who presented this year's Denison Values Awards, recognizing Marc Herdegen with the Denison Values Award for Operations and Matt Kistler with the Denison Values Award for Corporate Staff.

We also recognized our Team Awards for length of service. One of Denison's greatest strengths is our experience, and every annual meeting we take time to celebrate the team members hitting service anniversaries in multiples of five, from 5 years all the way up to 30.

Shaun Souers gave the team an update on offerings at @denisonmobility a full-service EV charging solution helping property owners meet what's shifted from an amenity to a demand, across residential, mixed-use, and other property types.

Part of what brings this team closer together is a deeper understanding of ourselves and one another. The team at Kairos Consulting led us through our Enneagrams, how to interpret the results, and how to use that insight to better understand ourselves and our colleagues.

Finally, a special thanks for a great evening at @fogo Our visiting managers called the @hiltongardeninn downtown Indianapolis and @visionloftindy (a meeting space built on modern design and cutting-edge technology) home for the week.

Kicking off the 2026 National Manager's Meeting the same way we always do: on the same page. Here, President Perry Griffith walks the team through Denison's core values, the foundation that keeps everyone aligned no matter which of our 14 states they're managing in.

Communication is one of those values, and it's a big part of what makes this company work. There's no substitute for getting the whole team in the same room.

We started the week with dinner at @thewebergrill, bringing together our managers to talk through the state of the company, our recent growth, industry trends, and operational guidelines. From there, the team dove into a lively, gamified training session on our new marketing and analytics platform.

Continuing the gamification, the team kept the friendly competition going that evening at @hangarindy, with darts, indoor golf, and a few competitive games mixed in. These meetings are an extension of our ongoing training, and one of the ways we make sure management stays current on the trends shaping our industry. by @denisonparking
