Hope all is well everyone

Starting 12-12-26 i took calisthenics to another level, it's been 3 months now and I also took 2 months off from social media, and the results speak for themselves.

In doing so i crushed a bunch of my all time goals!

1. Build muscles with calisthenics only
2. Build muscles while vegetarian
3. Go over my personal record 75 kilos
4. Go over 80 kilos
5. 3-26-26 4 years vegetarian
6. I went from 62kilos to 80 kilos in 3 months
7. I've done multiple test through the years and my vitamin charts are in excellent condition.

In the process people judged me for eating vegeterian. I met many people who said i will never make it, thank you for the motivation.

At the end i know i did it for myself.

One week after a head bud, early morning 1 feet deep beach break with rising swell, i had another bang that almost made me pass out with the same fricking board. My head so hard i chipped the fin😂 surfed for 7 hours during that time i had a helmet on i got striked twice on the head again(2nd and 3rd frame) even with no leash....after 7 hours surfing with open wound i went to glue it up, and it's all good now.
