How did I spend my birthday? Doing what I love! Making a difference, one laugh at a time!

Had the opportunity to bring my Laugh It Off! workshop to the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce!

After 20 years in the Army and years behind a microphone, I’ve learned that life doesn’t always give us a reason to laugh. Sometimes, we have to find one!

Laugh It Off! is about using humor to manage stress, build resilience, and face life’s challenges with a different perspective.

Because life is serious enough!#laughitoff #veteran #laughteristhebestmedicine #healarious #dennisvee by @dennis_vee75

October has something for everyone!

I’ve got a full month ahead, and I’m getting to do three things I love: stand-up comedy, speaking, and storytelling.

October 2 The Bee Hotel – Danville, VA
Kicking off October with stand-up in Danville!

October 3 Trackside Comedy Night – Trackside Bottle Shop - Mebane, NC
Back onstage the very next night because apparently rest is something I’ve decided to explore in November.

October 7 The Greater Fayetteville Chamber
Success Luncheon
I’ll be talking about humor, resilience, and how laughter can create the breathing room we need to work the problem.

October 23 & 24 Operation Laugh It Off!
Two nights with Irreverent Warriors in Tennessee:

Oct. 23: Collierville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5066
Oct. 24: VFW Post 7175 - Millington, TN

Veterans, comedy, connection, and probably several stories that should have remained classified.

October 31 Fayetteville Fan Festival
Comedy: The Secret Sauce of Storytelling

I’ll break down how humor can turn a good story into one people actually remember, because “and then this happened, and then this happened” isn’t storytelling. It’s a police report.

Five stops. Three states. Stand-up. Speaking. Storytelling.

Different audiences, but one common thread:

Humor connects us. Stories bring us together. And sometimes a good laugh gives us exactly enough room to keep moving forward.

October is going to be busy.
