Had a great two weeks at the beach. Good to hang out with my tribe of family, sibs and cousins. Fortunate to find a powerlifting @ultimatefitness_ri . Josh, Nancy and Meghan are wonderful.

Also excited to add Pia @fiercelyfuelednutrition to help with my nutrition

Gorgeous day to hike up Moosilauke via Glennclif. Did it to celebrate another year cancer free. So thankful for @bidmc, @megscanlift, my friends and family for keeping me sane and strong. Hiking this summer, stoked for meets in November. ##hiking #whitemountainnationalforest #powerliftingmotivation #powerlifting taken in Mt Moosilauke 4802Ft by @dennislifter
