It’s always a grand time seeing Amy & Keith and especially the boys, watching them doing their favorite pass time of playing baseball!

Although games were canceled on Wednesday, I got to see both play exceptional games on Monday & Tuesday!

Ethan was the Labero for the varsity Tremper Trojans volleyball on Thursday evening. I love to see him diving to return and keep alive hard hit volleyballs…

While everyone was working or in school, I had fun times visiting other family during the days… ❤️ WI fall colors are beginning. Enjoyed their fall weather. by @dennisrahe

These might be considered the ‘Dog days of Summer’, but there are a few late daylilies still blooming that the deer haven’t got yet… by @dennisrahe

A Priceless Friday in Rantoul!

Niece Tangela and her forever friend Rob were camping near Rantoul so we enjoyed a long lunch before I went to Rantoul’s beautiful recreational facility for Papa to watch my new birthday 16 year old grandson Ethan play two games of baseball. A wonderful day! by @dennisrahe

Most of these vintage daylilies are later bloomers and many are very tall that can be used in the back of gardens or I use some around my deck that get taller than my deck rails… by @dennisrahe

Summer has arrived! It might have been easier on us if we had a chance to get adjusted… The corn & beans love it! Not so much me…

Some of my favorite Asiatic lilies are the ’Orienpet’ varieties. Also known as tree lilies, because they can reach up to about 8’ after several years. They are so fragrant and make the area around them smell so good! by @dennisrahe

After meeting my beautiful Granddaughter Hazel Rose with parents Callie & Evan in Utah, I decided to spend a few days with grandsons Ethan & Max and parents Amy & Keith in WI. I got to see them play 6 games of team baseball!!!
This is a game they love and it is so rewarding for papa to watch them encourage teammates, hone their social skills and work hard at correcting their mistakes. It’s a joy that makes papa so proud!!! What a great Father’s Day knowing that your kids have become such great parents themselves. ❤️❤️❤️ by @dennisrahe
