A look at the One & Only Moonlight Basin resort in Montana.

This place literally took my breathe away.

At around 7k feet in elevation, this getaway is meant to be enjoyed and absorbed through its surrounding beauty and its quiet aesthetic.

I had the honor of joining a close friend recently to assist him with the capturing of a beautiful wedding event. These images are a look at my perspective as I walked through each space and what naturally drew me in.

Swipe to the final image for a look at some manifestation of my own. I hope to one day see the work of talented Designers be spotlighted through my lens and editorial taste of AD.

On Visual Language.

Having a strong and unique visual language has always been at the forefront of my work. Never chasing trends, and instead being intentional with how I connect with my subject matter is how I have long defined my approach and look.

Formally trained with narrative filmmaking, and a long career in luxury destination weddings has taught me how to weave together imagery that feels like it’s both lived-in, and encased in still-life artistry.

There’s also something to be said about the collaborative nature of still-life documentation in the Interior Design world. I usually play both creative director and picture-maker; having a partner in a Designer and sharing thoughts into how to shape a final image is truly refreshing and special.

CDMX | a perspective

This is a very sanitized look at this beautiful and multi-layered city. However, this is what I chose to see and what I’m bringing home with me.

Still floating on cloud-nine from such an incredible week in this city. Being here with people I truly love, admire and respect has been such a ride. I know that everyone is taking a little bit of this place home with them and one way or another - we will all make our way back. Truly a magical place.

There aren’t enough thank you’s for Ashley @ashleysmithevents & Lisa @theweddingartistsco for this wonderful gift. Bringing all of us together in this way truly feels priceless and I will simply not be forgetting it! Please bring us back or anywhere else in the world, we will surely follow! taken in Roma Norte by @dennisxcoronel

Here’s a look at only some of what I’ve seen of CDMX in the past couple of days.

I’m incredibly grateful for Lisa & Ashley of @theweddingartistsco @ashleysmithevents for bringing us all together through @commonground_cdmx

This is a trip I had been longing for and when the invite hit my inbox I did not hesitate. I’ve not only been able to connect with long and dear instagram friends and peers but have also connected with old friends who call the city home, and of course have reconnected with my fathers roots and his home city.

My heart is full and I’m so excited for the next couple of days ♥️🇲🇽 taken in Colonia Juárez, Mexico City by @dennisxcoronel

Incredibly grateful for the opportunity to call @konavillagerosewood home last week. What a beautiful and breathtaking experience. One of my favorite things about this trip was the book-club the resort participated in by including the same book to every guest. As a book lover, it was such a joy to find a classic read waiting for me when I arrived.

There is an entire body of work that showcases my love and appreciation for light, form, fashion and still-life.

I’ve always struggled finding the right balance of how to spotlight this other side of my creative work while still remaining true and honest to my wedding work, clients and partners.

As I continue to age, I’m learning how to let go and how to lean-in. Forgetting about staying in my own lane and instead - be the lane. I hope I can inspire others to kill the noise, get out there and create.

The ability to follow whatever your soul yearns for is an art form in and of itself.

Image: my favorite image I’ve ever made. Two people in front and behind the lens at very pivotal moments of their lives coming together to create magic. More of this please.
