Dear dad,

They say “a girls first love is her father” and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you dad for being the best father to me, Demonte, and Jalen. Thank you for being the best at doing my hair. Thank you for teaching me everything I know about cooking on the grill. And most importantly thank you for being my absolute best friend. I will forever cherish our summer boat days when we would go out on the water, just me and you, and you would make some goofy facebook video saying “I’m with my copilot”. I will always love being your taste tester when trying new foods we made. I will always love our sing-offs we had in the car when you picked me up from school on Fridays. And I will always love being your Bubba. Saying goodbye and walking away from you was the hardest thing I ever could’ve done but I am so truly proud of you for fighting for us. Rest easy dad❤️
