Результат на фото — це ретельне планування, мікронна точність і повна відданість деталям #стоматологлуцьк #вініри #veneers #імплантаціязубів dentalimplant taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @denti_pro

Dentist - ramongomezmeda Ortho-perio-prostho treatment to improve the missing papilla by repositioning proximal tissues coronally – treatment steps: 1. Orthodontic extrusion of neighbouring teeth around the implant 2. Removal of wide implant and simultaneous reconstruction of hard and soft tissues 3. Placement of a new implant with a narrower diameter 4. Provisional restoration to shape the emergence profile 5. Replacement of the old composites and crowns in adjacent teeth for aesthetic harmonization Beautiful patient case by Ramon Gomez Meda (@ramongomezmeda) 🙌 Presented for IJED by Social Media Editor Carme Riera (@drcarmeriera). . . #estheticdentistry #aestheticdentistry #dentistry #dentist QuintessencePublishing taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @denti_pro

Dentist - dr_tanno Ortho Implant Therapy Before: periodontally compromised dentition with pathologic tooth migration (a flared, extruded central incisor), a failing anterior bridge, and a removable partial denture. Orthodontics came first. The three maxillary right teeth were treated with orthodontic intrusion combined with periodontal regeneration. They were preserved rather than extracted, and then restored with crowns. In the anterior region, GBR reconstructed the ridge before implant placement. 🦷 Treatment summary • Upper right (3 teeth): orthodontic intrusion + periodontal regeneration → crowns • Anterior: GBR → implants with an ovate pontic • Upper left: crown + implant Orthodontics first, so that the perio, implant, and restorative work all rest on a solid foundation. That is Ortho Implant Therapy. #OrthoImplantTherapy #orthodonticintrusion #periodontalregeneration #toothpreservation GBR implantdentistry taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @denti_pro

Dentist - drerikamcgregor From trauma back to her smile. 🤍 Following extensive trauma to the upper anterior teeth 13–22 and initial emergency treatment at another clinic, the patient came to me for a consultation and definitive reconstruction of the fractured teeth. For the planning of this case, we had one major advantage. The patient still had her plaster models from the end of her orthodontic treatment five years earlier. By combining scans of the current situation with scans of the original models, @ondrash.cad was able to create a digital design based on the patient’s pre-trauma tooth anatomy. Amazing work that allowed us to get as close as possible to the original shapes of her teeth. 🙏🏻 The clinical procedure included isolation, beveling of the fracture margins, a silicone index and a step-by-step adhesive reconstruction. For the layering, I combined Ever X, Inspiro Bi1, Estelite Asteria A1, G-ænial A’CHORD A1 and Cosmedent Opalite, together with individual effects to recreate natural translucency and optical characteristics. And the follow-up? … seeing her smile complete again was incredibly rewarding. #DentalTrauma #CompositeBonding #AnteriorRestorations #RestorativeDentistry MinimallyInvasiveDentistry @gc_czechrepublic @gcorthodonticseurope @tokuyamadentaleurope @inspiro.international.gallery @patakovo taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @denti_pro
