Tomorrow!

US Imperialism is the most reactionary force in human history, and it is hell bent on crushing the Cuban Revolution.

Workers in the belly of the beast have a special responsibility to stand against the bloodthirsty ruling class of our own country.

Down with US Imperialism! The parasitic and bloodthirsty ruling class of the USA has ramped up its attacks on all fronts. The same criminals and terrorists who shot a man in Austin last week are strangling the Cuban masses. The working class in the United States has nothing in common with these imperialist butchers. Join the communists in DFW and all across the country on October 3rd, and help defend the Cuban Revolution!

Hands off Cuba!

First I would like to thank Jordan for his service on the city council. Mr. Villarreal was willing to listen to our concerns and for that, I am grateful. I wish him the best and a speedy recovery.

Unfortunately, the problems that spurred me to run earlier this year have not changed. Therefore, I will be running for Denton City Council district 1 proposing the following four positions as the basis of a new campaign for working class Dentonites.

One of the most important issues in Denton right now is the city's embracing of data centers despite their environmental impact and the vocal community resistance to them. The will of Denton's working class is clear: AI must go. I will vote for the moratorium on any further AI infrastructure and will pursue the removal of the existing data center.

Rent is still high. Landlords still hold hundreds, if not thousands, of Dentonites under crushing payments. Collaboration with tow companies has led to climbing prices that devastate working people around the city. The time has come that we need to question why we allow such a system to take place. The system is unsustainable. Therefore, I will continue advocating for my plan to have the city purchase rental properties and have them run by those live in them.

The City Afterschool Program has not been returned. The cheapest service of its kind, with the best paid childcare employees, in the midst of economic hardship, still lies abandoned by the city. It has even affected other branches of Parks and Recreation, leading to lackluster numbers of Kid's Day Out, Kids' Rocks, and Summer Camp. The interests of parents have been put last once again. I am advocating for Afterschool's restoration in the interest of those parents as well as the workers in the city, young and old.

Finally, we must address the rights of Dentonites who make this city run. To combat employer abuses and HR cover-ups, I will begin introducing and promoting workplace democracy in Denton businesses and the city itself.

I'm Kristofer Cox and I'm asking for your vote for Denton City Council District 1 this November 3rd. taken in Denton, Texas by @dentonleft
