Time for a DG Duo!🩷🩵

This week’s DG Duo comes from Piper Ferringer to Elle Hufhand!

I want to give a shoutout to Elle! Elle and I met as freshman roommates and became quick friends. Whether it was bonding over Smosh quotes, getting late night at Hoover, or just sitting down for a Latin study session, Elle has always been someone I can laugh, cry, celebrate, and commiserate with. I feel so so lucky to have met such an amazing and inspiring person so early into my college career. And, honestly, it’s hard to imagine that there was a time in my life where I didn’t know such a hilarious, determined, and loving person. I am so thankful that I’ve found a sister that I know will always be there for me. I love you so much, Elle!! <3

“Redeeming Equality as a Political Ideal.”

In just under a month, our sister Kate Leone will be taking on the 2026 Chicago Marathon!

As she prepares to run 26.2 miles, Kate is raising money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation in honor of her dad, a prostate cancer survivor and one of her biggest inspirations. This race is especially meaningful to Kate because her dad ran the Chicago Marathon 30 years ago, in 1996, and now she gets the opportunity to follow in his footsteps.

September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, making this the perfect time to raise awareness and support the fight against a disease that affects 1 in 8 men during their lifetime.

We are so proud to support our sister as she runs for her dad, for survivors, and for every family impacted by prostate cancer. 💙

This week’s DG Duo comes from Sofia Piazzisi to Evie Bissonette!

Evie and I have been friends since we joined dg! We bonded over both being legacies and we both just kinda never left each others sides since. My friendship with Evie has been a complete joy to my life, and I don’t think my DG experience would be the same if I had not met Evie
