6 years ago today, we started an amazing partnership with @lingerlongeraz and @jadenoble
We were welcomed with open arms to operate the kitchen in their uptown bar.
Throughout the 6 years, not a global pandemic, divorce, multiple mechanical failures, weather, or constant cost increases in the market have thwarted us.
We very much operate as “ 1 heart, 1 brain” here. Might be 2 signs on the building, but you’re getting 1 amazing experience. And that would not be possible without Jade.

Our next nostalgia menu will honor our true history.

From 1990 through 1999, the building that houses @lingerlongeraz was Chubb’s Prime Beef and Spirits. A neighborhood steakhouse. A place you could enjoy a nice steak dinner and a martini.

Our menu will reflect a no frills, classic steakhouse.

Menu drops Friday. by @der_wurst_hot_dogs

It’s almost time for our annual Oktoberfest menu: As always, we run on Munich time. This menu will be available Fridays and Saturdays starting Friday, September 18th.
