No matter what level you play at, there’s always room to improve! ⚾️💪

Got some great work in with my guy @thereyeswillis at D-BAT Lee’s Summit! If you’re looking to improve your hitting or catching, make sure to book a lesson with him! 🔥

Recovery is key to success as an athlete. 🔑

The work doesn’t stop when the workout ends. Walking, light lifts, eating right, stretching, and taking care of my body all play a part in being ready for the next day.

Meal prepping doesn’t have to be complicated 😂🍗🍚
Quick, simple, and gets the job done.

Lemon pepper + honey on the chicken… don’t knock it till you try it 👀

If y’all want to see more of what I do outside of baseball, let me know 👇🏽
