I didn’t put my phone on DND and kept getting calls when I was recording so there are some weird jumps but it is what it is. Progress over perfection. If you’re seeing this and know someone who is working to level up their life tag then below so I can drop them a DM when the journal is officially up on Amazon for sale 👇 thank you!!! 🙏

Thank you to my wife for supporting me and my crazy ideas and to everyone that makes this life special. I would say more and tag some people but that’s ok they know who they are! :) 😎 #westcoast #beverlyhills #bestversion taken in Beverly Hills, California by @dereklacrone

My wife might murder me for this photo of her. And we don’t post our son because the internet is weird and not everything is meant to be shared. But check this out. Life is wild. It’s fun. It’s messier than I had ever imagined sometimes. And fair to say we have no idea what we think we need on occasion and then it’s served up to us exactly as it is supposed to be. I am so grateful to have gotten to spend a day with the amazing people at @10pbastrop led by @gabe_tuttle and to be witness to the seminar by @boogeyman_10p as well as the fun rolls afterwards. Thanks for putting on a great show guys and thank you to my amazing wife for encouraging me to keep going and giving me the opportunity to grow such a beautiful life with our family. As my son might say, “ah-meen” 😂 here’s to baby Jesus and all the rest ❤️ 🥷 #texas #10thplanet #jiujitsu taken in 10th Planet Bastrop by @dereklacrone

Great day with some jiu jitsu in Costa Rica. I would tag some people here especially our great instructor and trainer, but I don’t have their instagrams hehe. Also, haven’t checked messages on here in a while. Just hit me on the cell phone if it’s really that important :) #jiujitsu #costarica #greattimes taken in Peninsula Papagayo by @dereklacrone
