I bought this MPC X in excellent condition from @guitarcenter in march. I had issues when i first received it but didn’t know much about these so i considered it user error. As i learned more on my key 37, i found out the usb port was broken and thats why it couldn’t properly connect. I reach out to GC and found out i was a few days past my 45 day return window and couldn’t return it. I called the insurance provider@i bought from them and then they tell me i couldn’t get it warranty fixed. lol I’m like wow. Over a thousand dollars spent and can’t even use the thing. Hell, I even reached out to @akai_pro and there was nothing they could do. Does anyone have any recommendations on what i can do to get this thing fixed? I’m kinda screwed because I’m out of the money for the MPC AND the insurance. by @derekt529
