Mentoring moments are not always planned, but they are powerful! The greatest thing anybody can give you is their time! Time with your pastor or mentor should never be taken for granted! Thank you @bishopjakes, in public or in private, for always being that consistent voice in my ear. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @derickfaison

Great leaders create culture through consistency. Culture is shaped by what you model. It's not just what they say, it's about what they DO. Your behavior sets the tone for your environment.

Great leaders don't wait for permission to grow or self improve. They seek opportunities. Leaders create movement by taking initiative. Action opens doors that hesitation keeps closed.

Have you ever heard people talking about AI and thought:
“I know I probably need to understand this better.”
You are not alone.

The goal is not to master every new tool or chase every trend. The goal is to understand enough to know what matters, what does not, and how it could affect the way you lead.

That is what AI Literacy for Leaders is designed to help with. And it is just one example of the practical subjects taught inside the Derick Faison Growth Academy.

You do not have to learn everything at once. Just keep learning. 👉 www.derickfaison.com/academy

Great leaders recognize greatness in others and help develop it. They are not intimidated by it. Empowering others strengthens your leadership. When you help others grow, your influence multiplies. Leadership is not about control—it’s about development.
