Maybe this is what moving on really looks like. 🖤

Not necessarily moving on from a person… but moving on from a version of yourself. 🌱

I’ve been hard on myself. I’ve questioned myself. I’ve lost myself in some seasons while trying to figure out who I’m supposed to become. 🥀

But if there’s one thing I’m taking with me, it’s the lessons. 🧠✨

The old me did the best he could with what he knew then. I don’t blame him. I thank him. 🙏🏾

Now I’m choosing to grow. 🌱
To chase the dreams I’ve kept postponing. 🚀
To become better. 🦋
To love my family more intentionally. ❤️
To give the people I love the best version of me. 🤍
To stop being afraid of becoming someone different. 🔥

And honestly… I don’t know what’s waiting on the other side. 🌅

That scares me. 😮‍💨

But maybe I don’t need to know yet.

I just need to keep telling myself:

“I’ll be okay.” 🫶🏾

And to my small circle—we might not know where this road takes us, but I believe in us. 🤞🏾❤️ I believe in what we’re building, in the dreams we’ve spoken about, and in the people we’re becoming.

The person I was got me here. 🛤️

But the person I’m becoming will take me further. 🚀🦋

Seven years feels like a lifetime and a beginning at the same time.

We have grown, changed, stumbled, forgiven, laughed until our stomachs hurt, and created memories that only the two of us could truly understand.There were moments when the road wasn’t easy, but looking back, I’m grateful for every chapter because each one brought us here7years. So many memories One story that is still being written. ❤️
