To this little man, I am his HERO! ❤️

Daddy is the man! 💪🏽
Daddy is strong.
Daddy can do it.
Daddy is rich.
Daddy is kind.
Daddy loves me. ❤️

It's amazing the positive affirmations we can come up with when we simply take a moment to reflect on how our children see us.

And you know what? I believe this is something we should practise more often as parents.

Because the truth is, we don't always give ourselves enough grace. We don't always give ourselves enough credit.

We spend so much time thinking about what we haven't accomplished, what we haven't provided, and where we may be falling short that we sometimes forget just how much we mean to the little people who look up to us.

To them, we are superheroes. We are their protectors, providers, teachers, and safe place.

And sometimes, that's the reminder we need to keep going.

So, to all the amazing moms and dads out there, hear me on this:

You are AMAZING! ❤️

You are not failing. You are BUILDING!

Give yourself some grace. Celebrate the little victories. And keep showing up, even on the difficult days.

Because while you may not always see the greatness in yourself, your children often see it every single day.

Now go out there and crush it! 💪🏽❤️

Because you might just be the superhero your child already believes you are.

Let me know in the comments: How did this post make you feel? ❤️

❤️ One Phone Call Reminded Me Why I Do What I Do.

Sometimes, life has a way of reminding us just how fragile and unpredictable it can be.

A recent conversation reminded me that financial planning is about so much more than insurance policies, investments, and numbers.

It's about people. It's about families. It's about protecting the ones we love.

We may not be able to predict what tomorrow holds, but we can take meaningful steps today to prepare for life's uncertainties.

If you've been putting off that financial conversation, perhaps this is your reminder to start.

💬 Let's talk. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation that could make a difference.

Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies. 🌱🌿

There's something incredibly rewarding about planting a seed, caring for it consistently, and watching it grow over time. It reminds me that the best things in life—our families, our health, our finances, and even our dreams—don't happen overnight. They flourish with patience, consistency, and intentional effort.

Understanding your investment chart is important. Here I provide a brief explanation for educational purpose.

Past results are never a gaurantee of future results. However, I am consistently blown away by how well our portfolios perform overtime.

Understanding your risk tolerance is one of the most important parts of investing. 📈

Many people say they want growth… until the market becomes volatile.

But volatility simply means the market moves up and down over time. It’s a normal part of investing — not necessarily a sign that something is “wrong.”

The key is having a strategy that matches your comfort level, goals, and timeline so you can stay focused even during uncertain periods.

Successful investing isn’t just about returns. It’s also about having the right mindset and plan in place. 💡

Church time 🙏

My kids are always happy to attend, and honestly… that brings me right back to my own childhood. I remember those days clearly—the sense of belonging, the feeling of purpose, and the quiet fulfillment that came from just being there.

There’s something powerful about that environment. The lessons go far beyond the moment—faith, hope, belief, kindness, and confidence.

In a world that’s constantly pulling our kids in different directions, those foundations matter more than ever.
And as a parent, I’m grateful they get to experience that too. by @dermainewhittaker

We are healthy until we are not,
Life is always happening,
It happens to others until it our turn
The question isn't if it will happen
But how prepared you will be when it does

A few years ago it become our turn,
Unexpectedly things took a turn
Health failed, family dynamics changed
Household income got impacted
All while uncertainty still lingers

This is why preparation is essential
When life takes an unfortunate turn
You don't want to be caught unprepared
So, get protected.

If you are in Canada and interested in
Securing yourself and your loved ones with
Appropriate and adequate protection.
