Some things don’t deserve to come with me into my next chapter👻

The negative self talk. The overthinking. The waiting until everything is perfect. The people who drain your energy but refuse to do the work to change their lives.

Sometimes the hardest things to let go of aren’t people or situations it is the habits and mindsets we’ve gotten so comfortable holding onto.❤️‍🩹

You don’t need it all figured out, you just have to be willing to go things differently and learn!

Consider this your sign to stop carrying what you’re ready to release✨

Now tell me… what are you ghosting this October?🤗

Your skin changes, and your routine may need to change with it✨

Remember what works for someone else might not work for you! 🙌🏽

Get curious about your skin instead of trying to always fix it! 🌱

Pay attention to how your products make you feel🤍

Believing and betting on myself has been the hardest thing to do.

The vision I see is something greater than the doubts I experience.

Keep listening, pushing, and growing to become the visions you dream about💓 i believe in you.

What’s one ritual you make time for every week?

Whatever it is, make it something that brings you back to YOURSELF🥹

Rituals are intentional moments that help you slow down, check in with yourself, and crate consistency around caring for your mind, body, and soul. ✅

They are not about adding more to your plate or to-do list❌

Tell me your weekly ritual, I might use yours for my next self-care day😌🤍
