Idk how to start this post other than I KNOW I have people, friends, family who have experienced an interaction, or several, with someone where you can energetically feel their good nature, their love of experiencing life, and sharing that love with everyone on any walk of life to encourage everyone to live as their best self. And if you’ve experienced that, please go to the link in my bio to help. If you are not in a position or do not feel called to contribute financially, sharing this post costs nothing and my profile is temporarily public to reach as many people as possible). That’s Kerrie, our gym friend, best friend, wife, mother, coach (including twerk lessons), shoulder, sister, aunt, party planner, listener, photographer, mid-WOD dance performer, observer, all the roles she’s had in so many people’s lives. Her story is reaching far and wide, from out little gym community, other local gyms, to professional CrossFit Games athletes and CrossFit Based News Pages @morningchalkup . If any of you are familiar with group based fitness, or know someone who’s talked about it (ya’ll know we crossfitters can’t shut up about it lol), please share with them as well. You can read about her current situation and needs in the link in my bio, but here is my experience of Kerrie’s energy that drew me back to the space she has created: I found @skolcrossfit in 2022, and from the start, Kerrie was Kerrie. Welcoming, silly, bright, and everything about her is just open. It was a bummer to leave after only about three months. I ended up finding @cftpbluffdale The Point to better fit my schedule at the time, which became another safe space for the next three years. (CONTINUED IN COMMENTS) by @derra.nicole

👑 Utah 👑 No moat, no throne, no wine cellar—just a massive red quartzite fortress sitting at 10,400 ft in the Uintas. 🏔️✨ Fun fact: This wild corner of Utah is prime moose country 🫎. They can run up to 35 mph (so basically Usain Bolt with antlers).
