Second installment of Books and Baking. This time gluten free seasonal sugar cookies. Tastes fine but dough is too short for cookies that size. Also used vanilla sugar instead of plain granulated to add more flavor, also added vanilla extract. So lesson learned. Smaller cutters. Again any questions, feel free, and Happy Halloween 🎃 by @derwyth11

This is gluten free red velvet cupcakes by request of @cubmikie using King Arthur Gluten Free Mix which I've never had a bad bake with. Just like regular flour. by @derwyth11
