I can’t believe the amount of love and support that poured into Doses of Roses this year. 🌸
Thank you to everyone who donated items or contributed in any way — your kindness helped turn this little project into something truly special. All together I have over 100 items (ik it doesn’t look like it right? I made everything nice and organized 🫰🏽). After long nights, patience and a little creativity, I was able to finish decorating the cards by hand as well as have a few friends and family help with the post cards. My heart feels so full knowing that together, we’re helping people feel seen, loved, and reminded that they’re never alone in these tough times💕-

New year, new degree👩🏽‍🎓💅🏽
Walking onto North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s campus changed my life in ways I’ll forever be grateful for. From wanting to drop out my FIRST semester to staying and finding myself, this journey was about more than a diploma—it was about growth, elevation, and becoming her.
I found my voice here. I broke “statistical” stereotypes, took up space, and learned that I belong in every room I walk into unapologetically. I showed up for my campus by advocating, leading, and hosting events that brought students together, creating spaces rooted in connection, purpose, and love which is something I will continue to keep doing #DosesOfRoses #SipnPaint
Every late night, every obstacle, every win shaped me into a stronger - a more confident BLACK woman. I leave A&T with a degree, a deeper sense of self, and the unshakable knowledge that I am capable, deserving, and of course DESTINI-ed for more.
