Today was pure magic. 🐬✨

Today’s class near the Dolphin Oasis was such a special experience, and moments like these remind me how important it is to keep the little kid inside of you alive. To me, that is the secret to the fountain of youth.✨

There is so much magic in this world. Don’t be afraid to let your inner child explode with joy, happiness, and curiosity. So whenever you get the chance, let yourself be amazed. Be curious. Play. Make memories. Let the magic completely consume you. 🤍🐬✨ #dolphins #destin #pilates taken in Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park by @des_micaela

From being the girl who paved the way for fitness classes at the beautiful Gulfarium by creating Pilates with Dolphins, something I’m so proud of and have poured so much heart into, to now creating even more ways to enjoy movement, community, and unforgettable experiences.

Having called Destin and Fort Walton Beach home since I was a little girl, it means so much to me to keep creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and help make the community that shaped me even stronger, together.

I’m so excited to officially introduce Flōté. Inspired by travel & the ocean and created to bring people together through movement, community events, and unique experiences. We’re just getting started.

The website is officially live. ✨

Okay… this might officially be one of my favorite things I’ve done since moving to the Emerald Coast. 🐬

Imagine starting your Saturday morning doing mat Pilates while dolphins swim right in front of you… with a live DJ, local vendors, flowers to take home, and the BEST energy.

That was my morning at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park in Destin, and I genuinely had the time of my life.

The class was led by Desi @des_micaela , and she was incredible. Her energy was so fun and welcoming, and she was seriously the perfect person to host an experience like this.

And it wasn’t just Pilates…

🍪 @thick.cookieco
✨ @beachsideblessings
🌿 @healingtable.co
💐 @ourgreenhouseflorals — who handmade the sweetest little bouquets for us to take home
🎧 @masiiomusic — who gave us the perfect soundtrack while we worked out and watched the dolphins.

It was such an amazing way to start the weekend and one of those mornings that made me think, “Wait… I actually live here now.” 🥹

Whether you’re visiting the Emerald Coast, planning to move here, or you already live here and haven’t experienced this yet, add it to your bucket list.
