🍋 Lifted Sips — our fruity, refreshing, caffeinated teas that have basically become a personality trait around here. 😂
Mexican Lollipop + Cucumber Lime are two of the big favorites. Most regulars get it ‘sassy’ with Tajin & SF Chamoy. Then theres the Watermelon Jolly Rancher, Sour Patch… and all the Activation drinks with chia seeds and real fruit 🍓

☕️ Protein Lattes — because sometimes you want your protein to taste like a coffee house treat but without the sugar and cray calories.
Banana Cinnamon Chai, Peppermint Mocha, Coconut Cream, Vanilla, & Dirty Chai are always getting the most love. 24 grams protein, 190 cals.

💪 Athlete Menu — pre-workout energy sips, post workout protein shakes, bcaas, creatine, hydration. You tell us what and for when, we’ll create the how.

Okay…. Who knew spooky season has rules?!?👻🎃

We tried to photograph our October drinks and they mysteriously WOULD NOT SHOW UP.
Like… at all. Weird. 😂

So I guess there’s only one way to catch them… you’re gonna have to come see them in person. 👀

There are some moments that just make you stop and take it all in. 💓

We were so honored to receive this recognition from Assemblymember Greg Wallis in celebration of American Business Women’s Day.

And while our names are on this certificate, it really feels like something we get to share with our entire Desert Fit Sips community and incredible team.

Because Desert Fit Sips would not be what it is without the people who walk through our doors every day. The regulars who have become friends. The people who bring their family and friends in. The ones who check on us, celebrate with us, share our posts, tell someone about us, and continue to show up.

You have given us so much more than a business. You’ve given us a community. 🥹💕

That is the part we are most proud of.

We get to create drinks, sure… but the real magic has always been the people sitting at the bar, catching up, laughing, meeting someone new, sharing what’s going on in their lives and making this little space feel like it belongs to all of us. To dream big audacious dreams together, and work together for a common purpose. 🙌

So thank you. Truly.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, whether you’ve been here from the beginning or just walked through our doors for the first time… this recognition is for you too.

When a fave Fit Sips regular runs the Berlin MARATHON… obviously we have to run too. 😂🏃🏼‍♀️🇩🇪

We’ve loved getting to be a tiny part of her training and cheering her on through all the preparation that goes into taking on a marathon this BIG.

So naturally, we decided we should probably show our support by doing a little running of our own… And because we are Fit Sips and apparently incapable of doing anything normally… 😂

We did it our way, and RAN it BACKWARDS.
Then we REVERSED THE TAPE.
And somehow convinced ourselves this counted as marathon training. 🤣

So Katie, this one’s for you! We are SO proud of you and cannot wait to cheer you across that finish line from right here at Fit Sips! 💕🏃‍♀️🌍

Somehow she came in for a drink and left with a game plan, a little more protein, and absolutely no regrets.

You might think this place is about shakes and teas and coffees… with protein and creatine and probiotics.
… nutrition talks, community workouts and hikes; equipping people with the tools to achieve their health goals.

And you’d be right. We do all of that.
We take a lot of pride in helping people find their passion, grow through challenges, and fuel themselves to live their very best life.

We get to mentor people through life and into new goals. We help some start side hustles. And for those who want to take what we’ve built here and open their own, we’re proud to support them along the way.

But there’s another part of this place that doesn’t fit on a menu.

And honestly… it might be the part we’re most proud of.

It’s the sharing of life.
Laughing until you cry.
Working through hard times and finding the light.
Seeking solutions when life gets messy.
Connecting to one another.
Celebrating the wins.
Showing up.

And sometimes, PB&J shakes make everything better. 🤷🏻‍♀️🥤

That’s what we’re building here:
