✨ Hi everyone! I wanted to re-introduce myself since it’s been a while, especially for all the new faces, clients, and friends who have found their way here. ✨

A little bit about me, I’m the owner of Desert Oasis, and we’ve been open for a year and a half. 🫶🏼 I’ve been in healthcare for over 17 years and have served as a Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 5 years.

Most importantly, my faith in Christ is the foundation of my life. It shapes how I serve others, care for my family, and approach my work each day.
I love holistic therapies, natural remedies, and all things “crunchy.” When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me taking a yoga, Pilates, or strength training class, or spending time with family and friends.

I’m passionate about helping others feel their best and supporting them throughout their wellness journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, healthy, and cared for every step of the way.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) available here at Desert Oasis Wellness.

Hormones can impact more than just your cycle & libido. Think mood, energy, mental clarity, skin and even long-term health. From your labs and symptoms to your gut health, stress levels, and metabolism, everything plays a role in how you feel and how your body responds.

This is why a personalized approach matters. If you’ve been feeling off and can’t quite explain why or told your labs are normal- book a consultation. by @desertoasiswellness

Meet NAD+ ✨ A little molecule with a BIG role in your body!

Did you know your body naturally produces NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)? It’s a coenzyme found in every living cell, and it plays an essential role in keeping your body functioning at the cellular level.

Soooooooo, why is NAD+ getting so much attention in the wellness world? 🌱

NAD+ is involved in some pretty important processes, including:

⚡ Cellular Energy: Helps your cells convert nutrients into usable energy.

🧠 Brain Function: Plays an important role in the cellular processes that support a healthy brain.

🧬 Cellular Repair: Supports the natural processes involved in DNA repair and cellular maintenance.

✨ Healthy Aging: Plays a role in cellular health, making it an exciting area of ongoing longevity research.

Curious about NAD+ injections and whether they might be right for you? We’d love to answer your questions!

Booked, busy, and not even old enough to walk yet. 🍼🤍
Our littlest patients are living the wellness lifestyle early, and we’re here for it!

We love caring for every generation, including the ones who show up with a diaper bag, a pacifier, and a very full schedule of naps. 👶🏻 by @desertoasiswellness

Some couples do dinner dates. Others turn up the heat. 🔥
A little quality time, a little sweat, and a whole lot of relaxation.

Your next date idea?
An infrared sauna session at Desert Oasis Wellness! by @desertoasiswellness

Some things are scarier than Halloween… and as a Nurse Practitioner, we’ve heard it ALL. 👻😂
Questionable sleep schedules to last-minute appointments and everything in between, consider this our version of a horror story.

All jokes aside, we love our patients (yes, even the ones running on iced coffee and 4 hours of sleep). 🤍

Now be honest… which one are you guilty of? by @desertoasiswellness

at least make the trap a little challenging. 😭📦

And this isn’t even all the bait we have…
vitamin injections, infrared sauna, hormone therapy, CFT, medical weight loss & more.

At this point, we’re just making it TOO easy.

Which one are you falling for first? 👀 by @desertoasiswellness

If your Saturday doesn’t involve a little heat, a little chill, and a little time for yourself… we may need to revisit your plans. 🤭

Luckily, we know a place!
Your next Saturday plans are one appointment away. 🤍 by @desertoasiswellness

There’s more to that red glow than meets the eye. 👀❤️
We love a treatment that looks good, but we love it even more when there’s science behind it.

From supporting collagen production and skin health to potentially helping with inflammation and recovery, red light therapy has more to offer than you might think.
And the best part? It’s non-invasive, relaxing, and easy to incorporate into your wellness routine!

Curious what the red glow can do for you? Book your next session at Desert Oasis Wellness. ❤️ by @desertoasiswellness
