The version of you that’s meant to thrive won’t come from making yourself smaller… It comes from having the courage to be yourself and take up space👽🛸✨

Lil brekkie moment feat. one of my fav frozen meals from @traderjoes —aka the TJ’s chicken fried rice paired with fried eggs and topped with my holy grail @mamateavs hot garlic chili oil!😋 Love making this breakfast when I’m semi-limited on time and craving something savory!🙏🏼

❄️Winter wellness hack: move your furniture to chase the natural sunlight☀️

Since we don’t get much sun during the winter months, we moved one of our couches to where our dining table used to be. It turned out to be the sunniest spot in our kitchen, and now it’s my favorite place to unwind with my afternoon cafecito.☕️🥰 by @desertsongbird
