In bright-ringed solitude The showery foliage shone One lovely moment, And the Bow was gone….Walter de la Mare. …I read Rainbows are a Symbol of protection: Serving as an eternal reminder of peace between the divine and all living creatures on Earth. So it’s nice to see a double rainbow as I’m headed to the Airport and off to Indiana + Missouri to see family + friends. Today marks another spin around the moon+sun…unless you’re a flat eartherrrr. @billdo1300 Hah anyway a whole ton of awesome people I love and so grateful to have our lives surprised us this past Saturday with a birthday party. It was a combination of sorts as Joey’s bday was in May …May 4th be with you! I’m so impressed the surprised was kept a secret and we totally fell for it! @dylan_dellisanti made it down which made it all even more special. Just wanted to say thank you to all involved. @willyp757 @claysammi @sherribryantrealtor @virginiacope_realtor @karenfuller529 @mikekerrandco @coxer0316 @scoxer24 so sad you couldn’t make it! @kpalasthy @bpalasthy @dave_5cents @rozvb @@wallpaperingbysabina @doracox @jpermel @brandynixon19 @raeraelb @brogers013 @mich_sunder @cathy14828 @barbara.bartz @mark.bartz …I know I’m missing some IG handles but just know we feel so loved and thank you all. Saturday May 16th we had the pleasure to witness + celebrate our bff Will @willyp757 marry his Bff Monica @claysammi. It was such a beautiful day… all the stars aligned up perfectly. We are so happy they found each other. ❤️❤️ Of course I gave myself the task of the cake…. I love to bake, but I’m no baking scientist and sometimes I have a big fail so I panicked and decided I didn’t need to take on the baking risk; after watching a few YouTube hacks I ordered the most yummiest moist cakes … yeah I said moist 🤣 from @powndcakes_byjen . Next, I made a homemade butter +cream cheese, coconut milk, almond frosting the from @snixykitchen recipes; I switched out the coconut extract to almond extract. Lastly, my neighbor who also makes wonderful desserts and cakes helped me frost the cakes @tina_in_the_kitchen. The hydrangeas + roses finished it off perfectly! It was a great day by @design.principles.va

What’s the old sayin’ …when you fall off a ladder get back up and climb again! Hah no I’m done🤦‍♀️ Two weeks in with a fractured knee, hip trauma and slightly fractured foot! I’m lookin thru these rose colored glasses with thanks to God I’m alive and positivity. Here’s to 12 weeks in a brace with crutches. I saw a post about friendships and how people come and go in your life every five years. While that may be true I have been blessed with many friendships that have lasted well over 30+ years. As time goes by you may not see them as often but you remain friends and when you do see them again it’s like time never passed. This week I lost two really special friends. They were a perfect match and especially made for each other. Ally + Mike I won’t say goodbye, just that I’ll see you when I get there. ❤️❤️ Life is crazy out there y’all …we just need to hug each other more and cherish all the moments. @_mothatucker I love ya …we’ve lost a few good ones in the last few years and its been hard to wrap our hearts around all of it.
