Touches of creamy white blooms, pinecones and golden candlelight brought a sense of warmth and wonder to the lounge and tables. Surrounded by soft velvet seating and rich textures, guests gathered for heartfelt moments in a setting designed for comfort and connection.

✨What a night to remember! 🌟 Iconic Event Studios @iconiceventstudios brought together an incredible team to create a truly unforgettable experience in a backyard setting. We're thrilled to have powered the sound for West Coast Music's Impulse band @westcoastmusicevents with our cutting-edge L'Acoustics Syva and KS28 subs, expertly mixed by Davis Jones @prosoundjones on our Digico Quantum225 @digico.official. The result? Pure magic! ✨

We could listen to these two singing Sinatra tunes all day long! 🎤🎺🎻

Frank Sinatra songs are some of our most requested music for dinner parties, wedding receptions and birthdays, so naturally, we perform the heck out of them! Honestly, they never get old.

We can buy ourselves flowers, but we’d rather just have Shannon sing about them. 🌸✨🤩

When the bride came to us with her vision for the grand entrance, we knew it was going to be an absolute game-changer!

Instead of a traditional, formal walk-in, she wanted to completely shift the energy of the night right from the start. The plan? The bride and groom would guide the gospel choir straight from cocktail hour into the ballroom.

Here is how we did it with the lovely and dedicated planning from the amazing team @internationaleventco !

As the bride and groom guided the choir through the crowd, the band seamlessly joined in, launching into a high-energy performance of "Higher Love." Once inside the ballroom, the choir lined up directly in front of the band, creating such an incredible powerhouse wall of music! This resulted in an instantly packed dance floor with every single guest on their feet, singing at the top of their lungs before dinner was even served.

Our approach to music coordination isn't just about playing your favorite songs—it’s about seamlessly integrating live entertainment into the timeline of your event to create moments your guests will talk about for years.

Tying the knot? Let’s design a high-energy moment for your timeline. Tap the link in our bio to check availability for your date. ✨
