Ordinary has never been our style.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter homes, playing it safe, or designing spaces that look like everyone else’s. We believe in taking creative risks, embracing individuality, and making every detail count.

At Design by Savi Interiors, we specialize in custom home design, full-scale renovations, and furnishings that bring personality, purpose, and timeless character into every space.

From the first floor plan to the final finishing touch, we work alongside homeowners and builders to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. No two projects are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Whether you’re building from the ground up, transforming an existing home, or curating the perfect furnishings, we’d love to be part of your story.

📍 Serving DFW, Oklahoma & beyond.

One thing we’ve learned through designing custom homes and renovations? The smallest details can have the biggest impact on construction.

We’ve experienced this firsthand on our own projects.

At our Lakehaven renovation, we’ve navigated changes to framing, door openings, and drywall details as the project has progressed. What may seem like a simple adjustment can involve multiple trades, additional labor, and changes to the original scope of work.

And that’s exactly why we emphasize having your design decisions finalized BEFORE construction begins.

A designer isn’t just there to choose beautiful finishes. We’re thinking about how those selections affect your cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, framing, and ultimately, your budget.

Our job is to anticipate those details, coordinate with the people bringing them to life, and help prevent unnecessary expenses and last-minute decisions.

Because the goal isn’t just a beautiful home. It’s a thoughtfully planned home that comes together the way it was intended.

Building or renovating in 2027? We’d love to be part of your project. Inquire through the link in our bio.

No better way to start the week than seeing our Lake Haven Project come to life! 🤎

Tile installation is underway, trim work is nearing completion, and painting officially begins this week! Every detail is bringing us one step closer to the finished vision, and we cannot wait to see it all come together.

The beauty is in the details. ✨

GOOSE LAKE PROJECT | A kitchen with a personality all its own. 🤎

To say we are over the moon with how this design is coming together would be an understatement!!!

It’s luxury, it’s a beautiful blend of materials, textures, and architectural details, and it’s overflowing with character. Every element feels intentional, yet effortlessly collected.

But our favorite part? This kitchen is a true reflection of our client’s personality. Bold, timeless, full of warmth, and anything but ordinary.

We cannot WAIT to see this one come to life. ✨

Is an interior designer really worth the investment? Here’s what we tell our clients:

YOUR BUDGET → Good design isn’t just about making a home beautiful, it’s about making the right decisions before they become expensive mistakes. We think through selections, layouts, functionality, dimensions, and details early so you aren’t paying for change orders later.

YOUR TIME → Building or remodeling comes with hundreds of decisions. Instead of spending your nights researching tile, plumbing, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, and finishes, you have someone helping guide those decisions and keeping the entire vision cohesive.

YOUR ADVOCATE → We work alongside your builder, contractors, and vendors throughout the project. We’re on site, asking questions, catching details, communicating selections, and helping make sure what was designed on paper is actually executed in the field.

YOUR HOME → We don’t believe in giving every client the same “designer look.” Your home should reflect you, how your family lives, what you love, and what you want your home to feel like. Timeless, intentional, and anything but basic.

THE DETAILS → The things that make a home feel custom are often the things most people don’t know to think about until it’s too late. That’s where we come in.

At Design by Savi Interiors, we design new builds, renovations, and furnishings projects from the big-picture vision down to the smallest detail and we travel for our clients, too. 🤎

Because at the end of your project, we don’t just want you to say, “My house is beautiful.” We want you to say, “Hiring a designer was one of the best investments we made.”

There’s nothing “builder grade” about a Design by Savi spec home. 🤎

When we design a spec, the goal is never to choose the safest option or make it feel like every other house on the market. We want it to feel custom, intentional, elevated, and memorable without losing the timelessness that makes a home appeal to its future owner.

From the cabinetry and lighting to the tile, plumbing, hardware, and every little detail in between, we approach our spec homes with the same thought and creativity we bring to our custom projects.

Because around here, Design by Savi does anything and everything… but basic. ✨

Building a spec home and want it to stand out from the rest? Let’s design one buyers won’t forget.

✅ The best renovations happen when the designer and builder think beyond the plans.

✅ Beautiful is good. Functional is better. Timeless is the goal.
