My daughter really wanted a outdoor party this year, her birthday isn’t until the end of October & it’s usually very cold so we celebrated a month early! She really wanted a carnival theme party so here it is! How did I do with the decor?

I saw this on Facebook but with stuffed peppers, which my daughter will not eat so I thought of tacos instead. So easy to make and she loved it.

Taco lanterns recipe:
Any colour peppers you wish take the top of set aside then carve a jack-o’-lantern face into them
Boil peppers for approx 10-15 in the meantime cook your ground beef til golden brown, drain then add taco seasoning packet, cook until all water is absorbed.
Fill peppers with meat mixture then simply add your favourite ingredients, I used sour cream, tomatoes, and cheese.
Add the tops then Pop in a 350 degree oven for 10min just enough to melt the cheese
Then enjoy!

I have a confession! I’ve started sprinkling a little fall decor inside even though I’m holding onto summer for as long as I can. I know it’s coming 😩
