I’ve been trying to go to @mkm.creates for the longest, but every time I tried to go I always missed it. This time around I made it!. I went to Nola in a group so we bought a few things. I ordered the lamb chops, Mac and cheese and seafood mashed potatoes and my sister and friends plates are pictured also ^^. My food was a 9/10 my lamb chops were seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were also really good. I tried the steak and whew 🤤🔥that’s what I would get next time because it was a 10/10 the seasoning was perfect , it was cooked perfectly and it was tender like I like it!! I was jealous of my friends plate 😫🤣. Overall rating 9.5/10. And good news they’re coming to Houston! ❤️ taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @desiieats

🚨🚨🚨NEW FOOD REVIEW 🚨🚨Hey food lovers I know I’ve been M.I.A but I’m back with a good one yall. Have y’all tried @soulfactoryhtx ??? If not you need to like right now!! It was soo good I ordered the fried catfish dipped in buffalo sauce w/ fried shrimp dipped in sweet heat sauce with yams, Mac and cheese and it came with a side of ranch. Desi rating 9.3/10

Hey y’all 👋🏽 I tried a new spot in Houston @caribbeanjerkpalace @cjphouston !! I’ve been stalking their page for a while and now that the food truck is open I had to go 😫. @cjphouston Restaurant also will be opening soon but for now their food truck is open behind the restaurant serving Friday-Sundays 12-8pm. This place originally takes place in Chicago and they serve Jerk everything, i got the Jerk chicken and jerk lobster with Mac and cheese and yams and my lover got the Jerk lamb chops with the same sides and Extra jerk sauces on the side ( Get extras of the sauce it’s really good 🙃). Desi rating 9/10 I plan on going back to try everything on the menu.

Finally tried @mrpotatonola !! I ordered the Supa seafood which is a bed of shredded cheese, cheese sauce with crawfish, shrimp and fried shrimp with a fried lobster on top. I also ordered the Nola’s choice which is also a bed of shredded cheese and cheese sauce with crawfish and shrimp with fried shrimp a fried fish, bacon and your choice of jalapeños on top. Now I’m not going to lie these potatoes were pretty expensive we spent $65 for both so I expected a bigger serving of the potatoes ☹️. Desi rating 8.3/10.

🚨🚨🚨I have another late night spot for y’all 🚨🚨🚨 This late night food is from @brunch.n.munchtx y’all I can’t make this up it was a line forming at 12:20am when the truck opens at 12:30am that already gave me high hopes this food was good because it was cold as heck outside last night y’all. I got the Oxtail birria tacos which comes with a consommé, and I also got the chicken birria tacos with consommé and lastly I got a blue lemonade, and watermelon lemonade. The food was delicious I see why the line gets so long, it’s definitely worth it. Me and babe both liked the tacos babe said it was the best tacos he had and the drinks were fire as well, I like the blue lemonade more. Desi rating 10/10. This is a must try y’all 😫!!

🚨🚨🚨 got a late night spot for y’all 👀👀👀@sadezys_wingz_sauces_llc is where this lovely loaded plate is from. I got the pressure pack which is two loaded rolls, loaded fries and wings, I got the sweet heat and lemon pepper. This spot is located on the northeast which is the only con because the food was really good. Desi rating 9/10.

Would y’all believe me if I said I knew the food here at @chunkyshotchicken was going to be good before I even tried it? Yep I knew just from looking at their food y’all. I got the hot fish Po-Boy w/ fries. The Po-boy was dipped in their homemade hot sauce and loaded with sweet pickles, lettuce, and Tomatoes. The fries were crunchy and seasoned really well it tasted like a bbq potato chip! 😫I finished them all. The food is definitely something worth trying the only con I had was how thick the bread was for the Po-boys, once that changes my rating will. Desi rating 8.4/10. I’m definitely coming back to try more.

I finally got my hands on some BBQ!! I went to @triplejs.smokehouse yesterday and got a “Big J” which is a baked potato with chopped beef, ribs and sausage ( we substituted the sausage) and I also got a two meats plate with ribs, brisket, dirty rice and baked beans. Also, the drink shown is green apple punch it was pretty good but the food was even better 😫. The bbq sauce went perfectly with everything it was sweet, but had a smoked taste.@triplejs.smokehouse Definitely has some good bbq. Desi rating 9/10.

Want to know where I got this from? Keep reading below and I’ll tell you 👇⬇️. I started my day searching for food as usual, I wanted something good and I already been spotting @chefjsmith and since I was on that side of town ( north) it was only right to go. I got the “ Trouble Pack” which is a bed of boudin rice over Fried fish, signature sauce and crawfish tails on top. I also got the “ Boudin Eggrolls” the boudin rolls comes with boudin of course, cheese, and shrimp with a sweet sauce. Last thing was the strawberry cheesecake, it tasted like a pound cake/cheesecake with strawberries and white chocolate garnished on top, which was a good mix I wasn’t expecting. I LOVED the egg rolls, it was sooo good and the trouble pack was also pretty good. Desi rating 9/10. Make sure to try the egg rolls when you go!

I know I’ve been missing guys, but I’m back and this time I went to @tae.kitchen. I got her Honey butter fried chicken , shrimp, and lobster Mac and cheese with a butter croissant. I was so pleased alone with the portion of food I received 😫, it was definitely worth the amount I spent. Next let’s get into this food, the shrimp was so good, and the chicken was also good, I loved the sweetness of the food. I definitely would come back to try more of her food. Desi Rating 9/10

Yes y’all I just had birria tacos yesterday and I got it again today, I was craving it two days in a roll 😂. I went to @birrieria_donaleti this time and I ordered not just a typical Birria taco but I added shrimp to it as well and I also got a strawberry pineapple drink. The Birria tacos were seasoned really well and had well enough meat inside for the price they charge so that made me smile, the broth was also pretty good which made the pair come together well. Outside of the birria now let’s talk about the drink! Y’all I really enjoyed the drink it was the right amount of sweet and a burst of flavors I’m definitely going to come back and try more. Desi rating 8.4/10

I Went to @drippedbirria last night to get some Birria tacos, now y’all I’m not a big fan of onions so I ordered my Quesadilla birria tacos without them. The food was really good, I enjoyed it and the broth soup was so good I started drinking it alone ( don’t judge me 😂). Desi rating a 9 but If I could get them on a flour tortilla next time it would be a 10.
