2025,

I’ve written and erased these words more times than I can count. But I want to say thank you.

Thank you for bringing me the challenges, because on the other side of those was a version of myself I needed to discover. Thank you for bringing me heartache, because it showed me how deeply I care. And thank you for showing me that if you put in the hard work, the rest will come.

There were obstacles I still don’t know if I handled well, all while bringing me opportunities that I had only once dreamed of. And most of all, you turned me into someone who’s proud of who they’re becoming.

Thank you for a year of immense change. Happy New Year 🤍 by @desireegarneau

ICYMI @emqualey, @con__air and I got married in March

(Okay but in all seriousness) It’s been so hard to narrow down the most incredible weekend for the McKinley wedding extravaganza. A weekend full of love, lots of laughs, and Hubble being the star of the show. What a beautiful thing to watch your best friend walk down the aisle to a man she loves so much and who takes such great care of her. Em and Con, you’ve set the bar pretty high for what a true love story looks like, and I hope to one day find one that resembles even a sliver of yours. Love you both, thanks for always letting me be your Steve 🤍🥹 taken in Laguna Beach, California by @desireegarneau

TRAINER SPOTLIGHT 💥 @desireegarneau
WHATS UP RUMBLE PASADENA 🥊

My name is Desiree (but you can call me Des bc we’re cool) and I’m from Colorado. I started my fitness journey teaching spin in 2022 and you can still find me teaching at Cyclebar Burbank!

My favorite part about Rumble is the music - music can make or break a fitness class and Rumble knows how to MAKE 👏🏻 IT 👏🏻

When I’m not jamming it out to Rumble’s latest playlist, you can find me watching all-things Bravo, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and trying to perfect my pickleball game.

Catch me on the schedule ‼️
