It was truly a pleasure attending the @indhotelshowmiami last week and having the opportunity to represent @durieltaylorgroup at such an incredible event. From meaningful conversations on the floor to sitting in on keynote speakers who are shaping the future of hospitality, the experience was nothing short of inspiring. We walked away with a deeper understanding of current and emerging trends in the hotel market and we are excited to put that knowledge to work for our clients and partners. This is exactly the kind of investment in our craft that keeps us sharp and ahead of the curve. More to come. #IndependentHotelShow #HospitalityRealEstate #HotelInvesting #CommercialRealEstate #TheDurielTaylorGroup by @desmondbounds

It’s finally Christmas week and who said Miami doesn’t have holiday spirit?🎄☀️ From movie nights on the lawn at Deering Estate to Santa meet and greets and light shows in Coral Gables and Miami Beach, the holiday season here is packed with things to do. Add in beautiful Christmas lights all over the city, family friendly events every night, and perfect weather to actually enjoy it all, and it’s easy to see why. December in Miami has so much more to offer than just Art Basel. And let’s be honest, the holiday spirit lasts way longer than just one week and the events don’t stop once the crowds leave. No snow required when the weather is sunny and 76. Miami was just ranked one of the best major U.S. cities to celebrate Christmas and December weather in the 70s makes it hard to argue. #Miami #Christmas #ThingsToDoInMiami #FloridaLife #HappyHolidays by @desmondbounds
I was fortunate enough to attend the grand reopening of The @ritzcarltonkeybiscayne after their $100M transformation — and it truly feels like a brand new resort. 🌴☀️ A few standout additions include elevated dining experiences like Luma, @puravidamiami, and the newly refreshed Dune Beach Bar, beautifully upgraded guestrooms, a fully reimagined Ritz-Carlton Spa, an enhanced Ritz Kids Club, and a stunning 9th-floor Club Lounge with panoramic ocean views 👀 I’ve frequented this property over the years, and the refreshed look and feel genuinely impressed me. Brighter, more modern, and effortlessly elevated. One thing that did not change is the exceptional service that you should expect at every Ritz-Carlton property 🌊 Here’s an inside look at the new Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Make sure you go check it out!👏 #RitzCarlton #KeyBiscayne #MiamiLuxury #Family #MoveToMiami by @desmondbounds
What most people don’t realize? It’s actually one of the most family-focused and healthiest cities in the country. ☀️ Your kids grow up outside — scooters at sunset, beach days in January, no “snow days,” just sunshine and laughter. 🏡 Neighborhoods like Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach give you space, community, and schools that feel like family. 🌴 In Miami Beach, weekends are full of park picnics, playgrounds, farmers markets, and local events — there’s always something to do together. 🌊 Water becomes your lifestyle — paddleboards before breakfast, after-school swims, weekend boat rides. 💼 And when work is done, you’re five minutes from a sunset that reminds you why you moved here. Sure — summers are hot, insurance takes planning, and traffic definitely exists. But what you gain — freedom, lifestyle, presence — is unmatched. If you’ve been dreaming of raising your family in Miami or anywhere else in South Florida, I’ll send you a relocation guide with neighborhood insights, schools, and family-friendly tips. Let’s turn your Miami daydream into an address 🌴 #MiamiLiving #MiamiRealEstate #MoveToMiami #FamilyLifeInMiami #CoconutGroveLiving #Wellness #CoralGablesHomes #MiamiBeachLife #FamilyFocused #RelocateToMiami by @desmondbounds
