“Bottarga - カラスミ” is the latest project by Paranoise Zine. Exclusively available at Spectrum( @spectrumstore )And friends and family. It’s the result of 10 days in Japan where I aimed to provide an alternative view of the most important Japanese cities through a somewhat weirdo lens. The media I chose for shooting varies, both analog and digital. Mullet bottarga is often likened to caviar as a luxury food, yet at the same time, it’s seen by many as a strange, sometimes repulsive product. In Japan, it goes by the name Karasumi (カラスミ), making it the perfect metaphor for these 90 pages. A5 format, with inner pages on 90 g/m2 uncoated paper and an Underwood - Woodstock recycled paper 170 g/m2 cover. Limited edition Editing and layout by @thedarione by @dessieddu

Noi di Paranoise non abbiamo la più pallida idea di che vino sia questo, sappiamo solo che si chiama Trebbiano. Per quanto ci riguarda potrebbe essere tranquillamente un Pinot Grigio o Tavernello del supermercato perché vi giuro che non ne capiamo assolutamente nulla. Poi in teoria non bere se sei incinta e fallo di nascosto se sei un minorenne. Poi forse non bisogna lasciarlo al sole mi sa. by @dessieddu
