it’s been one year since i’ve made the best decision of my life. You have shown me how to love, laugh till my tummy hurts, and hold me when I need you. I look at you in awe and in love everyday. you are my best friend , my treasure, and my sweet hunny buns. I thank God every minute & everyday that you are mine. thank you for loving me on the good days and on the hard ones.

Since April 2022, I’ve been walking a path I never expected but now can’t imagine living without.
My journey as an aesthetic injector is just beginning and it’s been full of purpose, growth, and so much grace. 💉

I’m incredibly thankful for the patients who’ve become like family, the coworkers who encourage me daily, and the mentors who’ve poured into me. Most of all, I thank God for giving me this calling and the strength to pursue it. 🙏🏼

Can’t wait to meet and treat more of you! 💖

the transformation wasn’t easy, but the results are wayyy worth it ❤️

took some time to get this point and of course i’m not done! I love seeing how my body changes in different seasons of my life. I and so thankful to have a resilient body and I thank God for the ability to workout and be able to eat healthy!
I was at my heaviest at 165lbs at one point …

eating was the biggest thing that had to change. focused on weighing all my foods and tracking what I ate.
I really don’t do cardio, but I mean you can definitely do it if u feel like it would help! also I should probably start with the ab workouts again hahah.
i’m sure it would benefit me, but I honestly don’t have time in the morning!

my advice is: watch what you eat, exercise correctly, and listen to your body. also don’t be hard on yourself. it will not be a quick turn around. this took me a while to lose, but I did it slow and steady.

i’ve decided to do a bulk at the end of this year so we will see how my body changes from this. so blessed! 🥹

a full leg day 🖤

slowly increasing weight as my injuries get better. I am incorporating more mobility time at the gym and at home 🏠
I don’t go toooo heavy like before (used to squat 225 lbs 🙃 and hip thrust 315 🥲)
mostly focusing on squeezing at the top and slowwww mvmts.
also taking more rest days if necessary!
but, that doesn’t mean I will stop going to the gym!!
i’ll still wake at 4 am and drag my booty there!
I am so grateful I get to move my body and I will never take that for granted. so blessed !

if you want the breakdown of the workout dm me!! 🖤
