To THE IOTA PHI Chapter,
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of something so beautiful. Thank you for accepting me as I am, the spokesperson, and allowing me the opportunity to grow within the BEST sorority ever imagined.

To my 49, oh how much I love y’all. 🥹 You’re all so full of love and life. I’m grateful to be able to call y’all mine. Despite everything, I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. It’s such a bittersweet feeling leaving this chapter, but I have faith that y’all will continue to hold it down as we have since we first came in. I’ll still be around and literally a phone call away!

And to me…yet another first has been collected under my belt. What an honor.

my heart is so full. i’ll save the water works for now, but to my sisters, thank y’all SO MUCH for coming out and actively participating in strengthening out sisterhood. 🥹 even if you could only stay for a few hours, thank you for making that effort for us. it really means the world to me! i thank God for meeting each and every one of you. if you weren’t able to make it, we celebrated you in spirit! i love yall oh so dearly💗💚

i really hate running but i hate getting big and close to my heaviest weight again more than that, so let’s start this weight loss journey AGAIN! 😣

i went through alot this year & i started to notice that it was affecting my eating habits whether that be overeating, snacking or skipping meals period…which led to me gaining almost 20 lbs within the last 4-5 months. we gotta change that chile.

today, i ran on & off with about a 17-ish min pace. i don’t have a specific pace i want to achieve yet, but i know i want to be able to run a full mile without stopping. any pacing tips? lmk in the comments! #runningvlog #runtok #fitnessvlog #weightlossjourney #strava by @dessss1x

i feel so free 😩 one of the small things i couldnt fully enjoy when i was providing services full time was having my nails done. sometimes i still would, but i’d take them off early or limit myself to short frenchies. now??? we’re trying hella stuff, and i can go consistently. my bday is next month…let’s see how adventurous we can be with the designs. 🤭 #nailvlog #nailinspo #stilettonails #pinkfrenchies by @dessss1x

idek where to begin…my heart is hurting so bad. my sweet Nala. 🥹 to know me is to know how much i love her. she was there for me through it all. 20 slides isn’t nearly enough for all of the love and care she has shown me over the last 2 & a half years. i’m happy she’s not in pain, but lord knows idk how to move on without her.
