The steep hike down (and let’s not forget back up again) with an almost 20lb baby strapped to our backs was not easy.. but totally worth it!

The view from Artist Point at the end shows the Lower Falls and Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. We both consider this our favorite part of the whole park and highly recommend it to anyone who has not been.

Mother Nature's Rorschach Test ⥈ What do you see?

Raptor Lake became perfectly still after the sun sank behind the San Andres Mountains, creating a mirrored horizon while still allowing the stars to shine bright in the night sky. ✨
