Dear 2025, you tested me chileee, lol hello 2026 finally! 👋🏽🤣🤗
2025 was my most trialling year and also my most resilient. I had to reckon with myself more than ever, but I also believed in myself the most. I found solace in solitude and in God, and learned how to navigate life with more intention, not fear.

I put myself first and curated the life I desired… I took risks, ticked off bucket list moments. I accepted my imperfections and realised they are what make me unique, they are my superpower.

I reconnected with my culture and native roots. I had my Nigerian homecoming and shot a music video that meant everything to me. Trusting myself as an independent artist and the mini but mighty machine behind my music taught me so much about myself from passion to sacrifice and at times my work ethic even surprised me. I released my debut single Sabi Soft Life and honestly, the younger me would be so proud of this unstoppable woman today.

One thing I also learnt is trust life to always LIFE… I was faced with the unexpected and dealt with a lot of loss and bereavement but I still picked myself up through the darkness with grace. I started my master’s… juggling education, career and music is definitely not for the weak, but we prevail and we grow anyway!

I feel so humble and blessed always to wake up and embark on this rollacoaster of life! 🙏🏽 Entering 2026 excited, grateful and expectant. I can feel the blessings coming. I’m ready for everything aligned with this new chapter. Let’s go!!! ✨🚀 #2026 taken in London, United Kingdom by @destinylotusworld
