Good morning Angels 🤍 For the longest I’ve been wanting to start waking up at 6 am for Bible study. Co- sleeping and nursing through the night felt like a good enough excuse not to.
This morning, my mind woke up and I couldn’t fall back asleep. Lying in bed with a racing mind, I had a clear thought to get up and grab my bible and finally finish the book that I’ve spent way too long on haha.

So I did just that.

I’ve always loved speaking about God, it’s the foundation of who I am. But as a Master Esthetician, I also work with the very systems He designed in our bodies: our bones, lymph, fascia, and tissues.

✨ Stress, tension, and poor posture age your face faster than time. ✨

Here’s how to fix it:
1️⃣ Breathe deeply – relax your jaw, brow, and neck for 1–2 minutes.
2️⃣ Release tension – gently open and close your jaw, move side to side, and soften your brow.
3️⃣ Massage key areas – glide lightly along your cheekbones, jawline, and under your eyes to improve circulation and reduce stagnation.
4️⃣ Reset posture – roll your shoulders back and lift your chest to relieve compression and stress.

💡 Doing these steps nightly complements professional treatments like face sculpting and fascia release, helping your skin stay naturally lifted, radiant, and youthful over time.

Part 2/2 🤍 Moses, longing for God’s presence, pleads: “Show me Your glory.” Yet God responds that no man can see His face and live. Instead, He places Moses in the cleft of the rock, covers him with His hand, and lets him glimpse only His back.

Part 1/2 🤍
From the very beginning, Scripture was already pointing to Jesus. ✨

📖 In Genesis 3:15, God promises that the seed of the woman will crush the serpent’s head, the very first whisper of the Gospel.

📖 In Exodus, the tabernacle colors of blue, purple, and scarlet weren’t just design choices. They symbolized heaven, royalty, and sacrifice, beautifully foreshadowing Christ, the heavenly King who shed His blood for us. (In the video, I meant King of Kings).

Every detail was intentional, every thread pointing us forward. 🤍

1. Directly Condemning Witchcraft & Sorcery:

• Deuteronomy 18:10-12 (ESV) – “There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord.”
➡️ This is one of the strongest warnings in Scripture. It makes it clear that these practices are an abomination.

•Galatians 5:19-21 (ESV) – “Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery… I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.”
➡️ This one is eye-opening because it shows that sorcery (witchcraft) is listed alongside sins that keep people from God’s kingdom.

2. Exposing the Enemy’s Deception:

•2 Corinthians 11:14 (ESV) – “And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.”
➡️ Perfect for showing how witchcraft is being marketed as trendy, innocent, and even ‘spiritual.’

•Isaiah 5:20 (ESV) – “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness.”
➡️ This verse exposes how the world glorifies things that God calls evil.

3. The Power of God Over Witchcraft:

•Acts 19:19 (ESV) – “And a number of those who had practiced magic arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all.”
➡️ A great verse to show that when people truly follow Jesus, they leave witchcraft behind. by @destinymdarby
