The Opening Of Flo🤎

Word on the street.. I’m officially a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor.

After months of training, studying, practising and pushing myself outside my comfort zone, I can finally say I DID IT!

My goal has always been about more than just movement. I want to create a community where people of all genders, age, weight etc.. feel confident, strong and empowered in their own bodies. A space where you’re encouraged to challenge yourself, celebrate your progress and realise just how capable you really are.

Pilates to me isn’t just about what your body can do, but how it makes you feel both mentally and physically.

So i’ll see you on the mat (and reformer) ;)

So let’s work.

Celebrating With A ‘wellness evening’. Date cake (Dates, Dark Chocolate, Greek Yogurt And Pomegranate) & Wine (Cranberry Juice)

Take notes.

btw, it’s cool to do both.

All about balance. It doesn’t have to look the same every day, you can love routine and spontaneity, rest and movement, discipline and enjoyment.

there’s room for all of it. 🫶🏼 by @destinypilatess

October In’s And Outs ★

this month is about slowing down, being more present and making space for the things that genuinely make me feel good.

a little reminder that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. sometimes it’s about doing less, but with more purpose. protecting your energy, finding joy in the little things and becoming more intentional with how you spend your time.

here’s to a season of slowing down and showing up for yourself. by @destinypilatess
