We’re looking for someone with strong floral skills, a refined eye, high standards and a genuine passion for flowers.

Someone who can create beautiful work, take responsibility, lead by example and help us deliver the Details standard across:

🌿 Luxury Hospitality
🌸 Weddings
✨ Events & Installations
💐 Retail & Floral Design

You should have:
• 3–5+ years of professional floristry experience
• Strong technical floral skills
• Experience with weddings, events or luxury hospitality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Leadership & organisational skills
• A creative, hands-on approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is more than a florist position.

It’s an opportunity to become an important part of the next chapter of Details Made With Love.
